Shayne Edwards, born in 1980 in Lausanne, Switzerland, was brought to the United States at the tender age of two months. His formative years were marked by a diverse upbringing, having lived in four states and one other country by the age of 11.  

 His family then settled in Tennessee in 1994, and, having already moved around a lot, he knew at a young age that he had found a "home" in Tennessee. 

 After studying history and journalism in college, he spent seven years honing his skills and gaining expertise in film and television before taking a sabbatical to drive for black car services and UBER Black, which he has done for the last 12 years.  

 His extensive experience in the driving industry honed his skills and provided him with a deep understanding of the city.  This and Nashville's rapid growth catalyzed his decision to obtain a real estate license.
