Chet (CJ) Corrigan was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI but moved to Nashville, TN, in 1996 to pursue his dream of being the first family member to graduate from college. After graduating from Belmont University School of Music in 1999 with both Voice and Piano disciplines and a Minor in Business Advertising and Marketing, Chet moved along Music Row, knocking on doors and eagerly chasing publishing and record label jobs in the Music Business.

Since Chet's days on Music Row, he became a trusted Insurance Producer for Nashville's local insurance carriers. Then, he used those business systems and interpersonal communication skills to embark on a career in Information Technology for prominent local and national Healthcare companies.

Chet's hard work ethic paid off when he purchased his first home in 2010 in Nashville's Woodbine community, where his love for real estate began. At that moment, he fell in love with rebuilding his house and making his community a better place for everyone. As a result, Chet is now a trusted member of the 16th District in Nashville and continues to participate in neighborhood events that bring the community's diversity together through events, meetings with local officials, and area clean-up beautification efforts.

Chet takes pride in everything he does with his home, from building unique plants for his landscaping to inviting his neighbors to smell the roses in his yard as they pass by to assisting area neighbors with their home beautification efforts by donating his plants. Chet even does his home repairs - all self-taught! Chet's life and experience of over 26 years in Music City, his love of homeownership, and his passion for his community made the perfect storm for becoming a successful licensed Realtor in Tennessee.

Chet is a proud supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. Chet loves to throw dinner parties with his 26-plus-year LGBTQ+ Nashville friends in his free time. Chet loves writing music and sharing those tunes with his friends and family. He also loves vacationing in the Florida Panhandle Gulf of Mexico, where he hopes to own a beachfront condo one day. Chet loves visiting family in Milwaukee often, where he gets to indulge in local cheese, beer, and sausage!
